Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 6 experienced Key Account Managers and a scientific Product Manager
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies
  • Define and execute tactical sales plans
  • Set sales targets, measure performance, and deploy resources efficiently
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers such as KOLs, pharmacies, hospitals, and wholesalers
  • Ensure compliance with national laws and industry codes of practice
  • Design and manage training, coaching, and performance evaluation programs for the sales team
  • Monitor CRM/database accuracy and ensure up-to-date customer segmentation
  • Collaborate on annual business planning, including forecasting and budget planning

Your profile

  • Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, etc.)
  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in oncology
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving growth targets
  • Deep understanding of the German oncology market and customer structures
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
  • Business fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Germany
