Your responsibilities

  • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
  • international marketing campaigns and develop marketing strategies, materials, and programs
  • Lead product (re)launches in collaboration with international marketing and the Country Director
  • Build and maintain productive business relationships with KOLs and influential customers
  • Drive congresses, events, promotional material production
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory and industry standards
  • Participate in international marketing meetings and report local insights
  • Coach and train the sales team; accompany KAMs on customer visits if needed
  • Budget control and logistical coordination for events

Your profile

  • Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in oncology or specialty care
  • Proven leadership experience in the German pharmaceutical market
  • Background in field sales is a strong advantage
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • High level of initiative and cross-functional collaboration ability
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written (mandatory)​
