  • The German subsidiary, based in Berlin, is currently expanding and, as part of its growth, is seeking a versatile and structured Accounting & General Support Expert (m/f/d) to support the accounting and administration functions

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Support with general administrative tasks and office organization
  • Assistance in accounting activities: review of incoming invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and preparatory accounting
  • Support in preparing monthly vendor payments and travel expense reports
  • Administration of contracts and internal request forms
  • Collaboration with external service providers (facility management, tax advisory firms, congress organizers)
  • Coordination with headquarters on balance sheet / P&L preparations and compliance-related topics

Ihr Profil

  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of accounting and preparatory financial work is an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of DATEV is a plus
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a service-oriented mindset
