  • The German subsidiary, based in Berlin, is pursuing ambitious growth goals and is looking to strengthen its sales team with an experienced Key Account Manager (f/m/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Responsibility for the sales of innovative oncology products in the defined region
  • Development and implementation of regional account plans to promote product acceptance and usage
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs, clinical pharmacists, specialists, and decision-makers
  • Conducting medical-scientific discussions and training sessions in the therapy area
  • Attending congresses and professional events for networking purposes
  • Systematic market, potential, and competitive analysis with the derivation of appropriate actions
  • Documentation of activities in the CRM system and close cooperation with the inside sales team
  • Representing the company with a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Supporting new colleagues and actively contributing to teamwork

Ihr Profil

  • Completed natural science degree (e.g., pharmacy, biology, medicine) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years in hospital field sales
  • Experience in the sales of prescription specialty products, preferably in oncology
  • Knowledge of working with hospital pharmacies and purchasing groups
  • High self-motivation, structured working style, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor in a medical-scientific environment
  • Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within the sales region
