Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead and manage a team of 6 experienced Key Account Managers and a scientific Product Manager
- Develop and implement national sales strategies
- Define and execute tactical sales plans
- Set sales targets, measure performance, and deploy resources efficiently
- Cultivate relationships with key customers such as KOLs, pharmacies, hospitals, and wholesalers
- Ensure compliance with national laws and industry codes of practice
- Design and manage training, coaching, and performance evaluation programs for the sales team
- Monitor CRM/database accuracy and ensure up-to-date customer segmentation
- Collaborate on annual business planning, including forecasting and budget planning
Ihr Profil
- Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, etc.)
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in oncology
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving growth targets
- Deep understanding of the German oncology market and customer structures
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Business fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel extensively within Germany
