Based on our client’s efforts for global growth and European expansion, we are seeking a highly qualified Managing Director DACH (m/f/d).

Your tasks
- Developing and implementing commercial opportunities
- Researching and identifying growth strategies for the Specialty Line of Business according to the Group guidelines
- Sizing the market of the DACH area
- Managing the team harmonizing local and group objectives as well as taffing and managing workforce
- Developing relationships with private and public authorities
- Improving revenue and analyzing accounting and financial data
- Evaluating performance and productivity
- Setting P&L and budget fully responsible for its results and outcomes
- Monitoring GDP and SOP applications in compliance with national rules
- Interaction with Quality and Regulatory team
Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in business management or Master’s degree in business administration or similar

Good knowledge of pharmaceutical market

Market Analysis skills

Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills

Highly organized and strong work ethic

Good intercultural skills

Proactive nature
-
Strong Network relations in place, including travelling and attending exhibitions

Fluent German and English compulsory
