At the beginning of the Career Coaching process, the focus is on laying the foundation for a successful professional transition.
- In a personal kick-off session, we discuss the executives’ career to date as well as their future goals and expectations. Based on this, a clear individual professional profile is defined, including strengths and areas for development.
- From there, we work together to optimize the résumé and LinkedIn profile to meet market requirements and clearly highlight the executive's strengths.
- We also assess which positions and industries are both realistic and attractive, reviewing existing competencies and identifying potential areas for growth.
- A key part of this phase is reflecting on the reasons for the career change, reducing uncertainty, strengthening confidence, and enabling the executive to take proactive steps forward.
Structure:
During the first four weeks, regular check-ins take place (e.g. weekly exchanges). Additional in-person sessions at our office can be arranged as needed.
Result after 4 weeks:
Our coachees gain clarity about their personal profile, develop a compelling external presentation, and receive a confident start into the application process.
