In 1983, today’s Friedrichs & Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH was founded by Dr Hans Friedrichs (formerly co-founder and Managing Director of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung for over 30 years - www.dgfp.de). Since 1994 Friedrichs & Partner is headed by Mathias Friedrichs as Managing Director.

The Hamburg office focuses on the metropolitan region in Northern Germany - with direct connection to Berlin and North-East Germany. Clients come in particular from automotive, machine building, retail, logistics, medical engineering and professional services.
Our consultants are assisted by a professional and experienced back-office team as well as competent researchers. The long-term tenure of the consulting and back-office teams ensures a seamless, effective, goal-oriented collaboration.
