In 1983, today’s Friedrichs & Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH was founded by Dr Hans Friedrichs (formerly co-founder and Managing Director of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung for over 30 years - www.dgfp.de). Since 1994 Friedrichs & Partner is headed by Mathias Friedrichs as Managing Director.

3 offices at strategically chosen locations (Düsseldorf, Stuttgart and Hamburg) provide us with access to Germany’s major economic centers and serve as the basis of our national activities.

We act as generalists serving primarily industrial companies. In our roughly 2.000 search assignments for around 500 different companies, we have gained comprehensive experiences and broad industry expertise which we bring in as added value for our clients - day by day.

Our head office in Düsseldorf serves clients nationwide with special focus on industrial clients from automotive, chemical, metal, electronics / high-tech, machine building and FMCG.

The Stuttgart office focuses on customers in Southern Germany with a special emphasis on high-tech, automotive and machine building.

The Hamburg office focuses on the metropolitan region in Northern Germany - with direct connection to Berlin and North-East Germany. Clients come in particular from automotive, machine building, retail, logistics, medical engineering and professional services.

Our consultants are assisted by a professional and experienced back-office team as well as competent researchers. The long-term tenure of the consulting and back-office teams ensures a seamless, effective, goal-oriented collaboration.

As dedicated search generalists, we fill positions via Executive Search at various management levels and in various functional areas. Our clientele includes national and international companies and corporations in all industry branches – from global corporations to medium-sized family businesses.

In addition to Executive Search we also provide other services in the area of Human Resources Management, specifically Management Audits, Psychometric Testing and Coachings.
